Proposal to replace existing pitch with 3G surface agreed in principle subject to contingency agreements in the event of the club folding or not being able to finance the annual maintenance fees. To be reviewed when STC receive the business plan from Sandhurst Town FC. UNANIMOUS.

An agreement for one month’s notice within this term is suggested, should there be any issues STC will inform Sandhurst Town FC and one month will be given to rectify the issue or terminate the sub-let.

Subject to no increases in the number of matches being played. Break point every 5 years for each party to review and consider continuation of the agreement. Sandhurst Town FC must provide a copy of their signed agreement with Bracknell Town FC to cover this time period.
